I would highly recommend Amy Stutsman to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a house. As a first time homebuyer I had many questions about the entire process that Amy was always able to answer. Working with Amy helped make the home buying process less stressful, and her knowledge of the Tulsa area helped us navigate which houses we might want to look at during the process. She was always available to work with my schedule and always had great suggestions for houses that would work for our specific needs that I might have otherwise overlooked. I even recommended Amy to my brother when he was starting the home buying process, and she helped him find a house as well!

Amy worked to understand our goals as buyers, attended an auction that went far higher than we would go, a fun experience. Worked with us to find our current home. When it came to the sale of our existing home Amy & her broker suggested asking 12.5k more than we were thinking of as an As Is flipper home, and sold at more than 20k above our thinking before Amy and her broker guided us up in asking price.

She performed her duties, while at the same time understanding the needs and requirements that needed to be met because of unforeseen circumstances when closing was delayed.
